Any materials not on a plant care schedule are covered under warranty. All fresh plant material is covered for (1) month from date of installation and is covered only due to disease and installation errors. Items over- or under-watered are not eligible for warranty at the discretion of Wild Violet and its employees or contractors. All non-plant materials are warrantied for (6) months after installation.

PLANT CARE

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Plant care contracts include a limited number of replacements of failing or flagging plants to ensure your plants always look their best. This amount varies based on the approved proposal and is listed at the end of this section. Any allotted funds that are not used each quarter are void. This allotment cannot be used as credit for new installations or expansion of existing plantings.

Should we find that the value of plants to be replaced exceeds this amount, we can automatically charge a pre-approved amount to the payment method on file, or we can notify you for approval. Any additional charges will be invoiced separately and are a one-time charge. You can choose to opt in on your plant care contract.
